Dealers are paid only by tips, so tips are always appreciated but not required. Suggested tip amounts are $10 for main games and $5 for cons game. Dealers keep all tips they are given.
Nightly prizes include gift cards to the bar being played at. Seasonal prizes include bar winner coins and Black Hawk tournament vouchers for all bar winners as well as a Bar Leaders Tournament for vouchers to Black Hawk.
